Frequently Asked
Booking is simple. Browse our festival listings on the Festivals page, select your preferred event and travel dates, then use the booking enquiry form or contact our team directly. We'll send you a personalised itinerary proposal within 48 hours, and once you confirm, we'll handle all logistics including accommodation, local guides, cultural briefings, and transfers.
We offer full refunds for cancellations made 60 or more days before your departure date. Cancellations between 30 and 59 days before departure receive a 50% refund or a credit towards a future journey. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable, though we strongly recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Please contact our team to discuss your specific situation.
Yes — group bookings are one of our specialities. We work with groups of 6 to 50 travellers for corporate retreats, educational institutions, travel clubs, and private celebrations. Group packages include dedicated cultural guides, exclusive venue access at select festivals, customised pre-departure education sessions, and preferential pricing. Contact us using the Group Booking subject above.
Absolutely. Approximately 40% of our travellers join as solo participants. Our small-group format (typically 8–14 people) creates a naturally sociable environment, and many solo travellers tell us that Agri Motor Tech Hub trips are among the most rewarding social experiences they've had. We also offer single-room supplement options for those who prefer private accommodation.
Every festival in our portfolio passes a rigorous curation process led by our Festival Curation Director, Marcus Webb, in collaboration with our regional specialists. We assess cultural authenticity, community reception of visitors, logistical safety, ethical standards, and the depth of learning experience available. We only include festivals where our presence is genuinely welcomed and where we can add meaningful value to the traveller's experience.
We're always open to partnerships with cultural organisations, tourism boards, hotels, airlines, and local guides. We also welcome pitches from writers, photographers, and filmmakers who specialise in cultural travel. Use the Partnership or Media subject when contacting us, and include a brief description of your proposal. We review all submissions and respond within 5 business days.
